On a summer break from University I started working at a Jewelry Store where my passion for sales kicked into overdrive. Consequently, I left school and became the top sales agent in the region.
That led me to working for Robbins Brothers who was the 800-pound gorilla in the industry. Very quickly I became part of the Elite and Million Dollar Club. I was mentored by some of the Greats in the business and learned about leadership, leverage and helping people grow. It allowed me to achieve the coveted Vanguard Award as a General Manager amongst other great milestones.
After many years in the sales world of Jewelry, I shifted to Real Estate. I felt it was a natural transition. After just a year in Real Estate, I had established one of the best-selling statistics for a Listing Agent in Los Angeles.
My success in Real Estate was founded upon coming from contribution and strategic negotiation.
In 2017, my team hit a milestone and surpassed $100 Million in production volume, throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County areas, which placed us in the top 1% of all Real Estate Agents in the US. Having led and coached successful divisions, I believe that these skills are teachable. People come to me to find the resources, systems, motivation and mentorship to grow their Real Estate businesses.
I now run a premiere Real Estate team in California, the Bizzy Blondes—a leader of Westside Los Angeles Real Estate. Though we may not all be blonde, we are all driven by our tireless work ethic, unparalleled service, and our desire to elevate the industry as a whole.
